With almost 20 years teaching experience, Louiza Hebhardt (founder and director of EQUILIBRIUM) provides services to schools that increase awareness and provide practical information to teachers about how to best manage the emotional demands and associated complexities of working in the school setting.
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, EQUILIBRIUM’s services include working with school personnel (from SSO’s to teachers to principals) to support them in developing strategies so that they can restore balance in their lives. Working on the principle that teaching is becoming an increasingly stressful profession, EQUILIBRIUM’s counselling, training and consulting services extend to being more than just a work life balance program. EQUILIBRIUM’s philosophy is holistic in nature and combines counselling based theory with evidence based research to create positive change and improve emotional health outcomes and wellbeing needs across the entire school setting.
